The society is planning another summer season for tours and special events for the Dickinson House. The planning of the special events is nearing completion and will be available soon.
The Publications Committee is working hard on getting the Oral History project under way. We have a preliminary list of candidates and hope to begin interviews in early May. If anyone has suggestions about candidates to be interviewed we would love to hear about them. Also if anyone has an interest and would like to become involved in the intervieews or in another way, please email Jane Anderson.

Meetings are held monthly (except for July and August) at various locations in the former Rideau Township including Manotick, Kars, North Gower, and Carsonby. We also do excursions to historical points of interest.
Yearly membership costs are $10 for a single & $15 for a family.
