Saturday, July 22, 2013. Our annual June excursion is being planned this year to the Cumberland Heritage Village Museum. See next newsletter for more information.

The Museum depicts rural life during the 1920s and 1930s in a village setting. Among other displays it features a general store, school house, village garage, antique cars, farm aimals and traditional trades.

The Museum is 30 minutes east of downtown Ottawa and 10 minutes away from Rockland.

Dave Bartlett's book on heritage buildings in North Gower and the area is available online. Click here to visit the site.
